John Schrader of Nova Designs+Builds has had a hand in designing some of the most progressive homes in San Francisco. But when he talks about his most recent Everson Grove project at 2 Everson St. in Glen Park, it’s clear by the tone of his voice that this one is special.
“He really took this project to heart,” said Paragon Real Estate agent Helena Zaludova, who has just listed the home for $3.8 million.
When Schrader was first showed the house last year, it immediately resonated with him.
“As soon as I saw the site, I was kind of dumbstruck by it. It’s rare to have a house with an 80-foot front of windows in San Francisco,” he said. “We typically just have 25-foot lots to work with. But there was also an amazing setting next door with the park,” he said, referring to Fairmont Plaza, a greenbelt that abuts the home.
